No you don't..all you need to bring to your road test are:

1. Your learners permit

2.The certificate showing that you completed the 5hours class

3. An adult with a Driver's license if you're under age 18.

Bring it anyway...you should have at least a picture ID, perhaps from school or work.

It may be requested in order to verify your identification (deters having friends take a test for you)
