My manager told me that pay day is every Friday. I don't work today so I don't know if I should stop by and pick up my deposit slip. (I decided that Applebee's should directly deposit my checks into my account but I think they have to give me a slip, right?)

If you work at Applebee's or some where similar, where and when do you pick up your check?

Should I stop by during lunch or before the "dinner" shift?

Since you have direct deposit, I would wait until your next shift. If you are concerned about the money, go online and check your bank to see if you got it.

If you still want the slip ASAP, call your manager. I would recommend not going in during a busy lunch shift.

If you work for an Applebees International corporate store and not a franchise store, you dont get paper checks. Applebee's switched to either direct deposit or a Visa Pay Card. Every check gets deposited on the the card and you can go to an atm and withdraw money or use it like a Visa. you can print your pay stud as an option up clocking into the computer at work.

If you have direct deposit, you can print your paystub off of the computer at work or go to your bank for the record.

If it's direct deposit the money is placed directly into your checking account. The pay stub is simply for your records and to make sure that witholdings are calculated correctly. You can pick it up the next time you work.

if you have direct deposit, just go to the bank and verify that your wages have been deposited, and then pick your "check" the next time you are scheduled to work.
If you really need it, then go during the slow afternoon hours, usually between 2 and 4
