Why does Yahoo post questions containing bad grammar?

Makes it more real. If Yahoo edited everything the meaning, content, etc. could also be changed. A person's grammar, dialect, etc. tells a lot and gives you a better idea of where they're coming from. That could help shape your response.

The answerer who corrected "bad" grammar with "poor" grammar is wrong in a very technical sense because both "bad" and "poor" imply that the characteristic system of inflections and syntax of a language, the definition of grammar, is bad when, infact the characteristic system of inflections and syntax of a language is not bad, but the manner in which it is used is what's in question. Therefore you must use an adverb to describe the sub-par usage.

"Bad grammar" is actually poor grammar. I assume people type in a hurry and do not utilize spell check. I am a teacher and it really bothers me. I thought I was all alone. Plus, if you are like me, you want to try to be the first to answer. This means you are forced to rush your response. Nothing angers me more than to take my time responding only to be the 25th person to answer.

Yahoo doesn't do it. The people asking the questions do.
