Perfect if he ends up in the Rio Grande.
It is a major problem finding and re-moving 12 million (30 million?) illegals. The only way will be if ICE goes after the document forgers and the employers, and public benefits are cut off. If jobs and public benefits for illegals dry up, they will leave on thier own.
