What is the required flow? Need both flow and head pressure to calculate motor sizing.

There are four factors needed to determine the required motor horsepower or motor kW to drive a pump. The rate of flow; the pressure rise through the pump; the specific gravity of the fluid ; the pump efficiency.
In order for the pump to perform as rated you will also have to match the rated motor rotational speed to the rated pump speed if it is directly connected (and they usually are).
