Never was there so can't say...but if I want to go fishing here in the United States and the lake is on privately-owned land, can I exercise my free will?

No matter which country a person is in, the amount and types of free will (s)he is allowed to exercise without punishment are relative (as are those). But wherever that is, you'll be told it is better than anywhere else and be criticized if you disagree.

Freedom and free will are two different things. One can have free will and not freedom. To accept Christ does not involve freedom. Many people in prision accept Christ without being free.
