I hope so, you should be ashamed to go out on the road. You need so form of help to get your mind right. If not you could kill your self and other people. We would all like to know your location so we can avoid any possibility of meeting you on the road.

Actually, it's not completely hopeless. You may yet avoid a ban. Magistrates do have SOME discretion in giving bans to 'totters'. If you can show that being banned would cause you 'exceptional hardship' the court may allow you to keep driving with 12 points. If there's absolutely no way you can carry on in your job without your licence, that should be deemed exceptional hardship. I suggest you consult a solicitor ASAP to help prepare your argument. If you manage to avoid a ban, you should still expect a heavy fine. If you do get banned, it will be for about 6 months. You will not need to take a retest. I'm sorry but it makes no difference where in the UK the offence is committed. There is a chance that they may forget to summons you to court. That does sometimes happen. They only have six months from the date of the last offence to lay the charge before the court. If they don't do it in time, you are in the clear (unless you pick up more points of course). I wouldn't rely on that, but there is a chance. So, don't resign yourself to a ban yet. Talk to a solicitor ASAP and see what can be done. I hope I've helped and good luck.

Liam, FFS will you ever learn! Slow down and drive paying a bit more attention, if you cant get rid of the speed bug then please go and see the bods at the local race track and see if you can do anything to help........even grass racing will let you vent your spleen somewhere safe instead of on the road. One day mate if you carry on like this you will kill someone and will you be able to live with yourself after that?

What the hell have you been doing? You need to screw the nut a bit there and stop being such a danger to yourself and more importantly every one else.

I sincerely hope so as it shows you take no responsibility for your actions and you don't know simple English grammar.
