last month my friend entered in criminal case 323,325,341 both parities same charges how he go to outside india?

Tell me first who did your friend catch & fixed in his home that made him to face all these charges? As far section 323 & 341 IPC are concerned these is not a big problem but the real problem lies with section 325 IPC. At what stage the matter is at the moment? Has the charge sheet filed in the court or still police investigation on in this matter? In case the matter is in pendency before the magistrate then has the parties taken bail in this complaint? All these facts are required to tell what he should do . In any case the best if he's on bail he file application before the magistrate to allow him for this foreign visit on what ever conditions the said magistrate fixes for this permission for him to travel outside India. In case the magistrate refuses to entertain this application let him move application under section 482 Criminal Procedure code before the High court for this permission to travel outside India.
