Be honest. If you like coffee, let them know that... you like coffee and want to work with something that you really like. If you are a people person, tell them that. Say... I am a people person and I love working with the public and I think that working for Starbucks is an awesome opportunity to do that.
Where else can you meet people and get tips for being friendly at the same time?
Good Luck!

well This is the simplest question and it helps you to score points with interviewer
Remember for ever interview you need to do a lot of pre interview preparation
Starbucks is a big name you can find out a lot of material about them
Do a research on Google find out about Company its vision mission philosophy products latest news Competitive analysis with 2 or more competitors some stories and anything you can lay hands on.
Once you know that much about the company you can easily tell them not one or two but ten reasons which are admirable generally to prove why you wanna join them
Suppose you had a starbucks store and you ask the same question from the candidate do wonder what kind of Charming reply would you expect
Hope that helps
Cheers!

Tell them that you are a patron of Starbucks and really admire the atmosphere that the people create. When you watch the staff work, it really looks like the group is having fun while they work hard. That's the best of both worlds.

I think that you need to just simply say that you are a people person and enjoy working to serving people.
But if you are not this type of person, don't say it... It may bite you in the rear later...
