It annoys the hell out of me when I can't tell whether a website is serious or satire.

Can't say that anyone has tried to "push" this agenda...personally, it doesn't effect anything I do. For some reason the sun rises and sets, I like daylight, and the dark helps me sleep. It's doesn't matter to me if it's a big light bulb that is on a timer that turns it on and off. Since I have not personally investigated whether the earth moves or not I can't say one way or the other. No one stops my belief's, they are in my mind, scorn and ridicule don't change my thought processes.

Actually, scientists agree that all motions are relative, according to your own reference frame.
You're free to say earth does not move from earth reference of frame. It could be center of universe from this frame, but the motion of the others toward this frame is truly cumbersome and sophisticated.
That's why a true scientist should NEVER push his/her agenda that the earth revolves around the sun, since every motion is relative.

oh dear, oh dear oh dear that was good for a laugh, if as the bible claims then the sun revoles around the earth the earth would have to be much bigger than the sun in order to keep it in orbit if you knew about centralfugal and centralpetal force this would be easily seen as impossable my friend. the earth rotates at an increadable velocity we don't feel it because of out frame of inertia is realitve the whole time if the earth stopped and started then you would feel the acceleration force but once up to speed you woudln't imagine if you will that you are on a train and that train is sitting in the station, it begins to move off, and you feel that you are pushed back into your seat, yes? that is the force of your body being accelerated with the train and once it is upto its terminal velocity or line speed do you feel like you are still being pushed back into your chair? no

You have the right to believe whatever you want. But when you air it on the net, people have the right to respond. If you need not hear the opinions of others, than I would suggest you stick your nose in the bible and never look up.

Believe what you want. I will not scorn or ridicule, but I will go with the results of the scientists and physicists. You can go with the fairy tale (hey... that is just sarcasm!).

You are correct. Scientists have quite an agenda that they are pushing on the rest of us. They should just leave us all alone and let our god drive all technological advances for society.

To my knowledge, those people haven't tried to force anything on me, infuse guilt into my belief system or lack thereof or get people to sell books for them. They've given me nothing to tire of.
