I just talked to my Ex GirlFriend (Whom I still talk to) Last night and we Got on the Subject of Trust. Now she tells me that 98% of people in her life she doesn't trust and she only trusts about 2% so I asked her does she trust me and she said No. We've dated for a year and a Half and we've Known each other for 4 Years, she's Opened up to me and told me personal things before but Now she's built up this wall and Now she doesn't trust people Including Me. I still care about her and I still want to work things out between us and possibly be together again. But I'm wondering, Should I try and break down this wall she's built up and try and get her to Trust me and open up to me or is it just not the time and effort, I need really good advice on the situation please help me out.

she didn't stop trusting you out or nowhere. you must have betrayed her trust at some point and if she's already a reticent type of person, it's doubtful that you'll get it back. i say it's not worth it. love cannot grow in an environment of distrust. let her go...

You could spend the rest of your life trying to gain her trust, so you do care about her and just maybe she needs to see a shrink to get things in order in her head something happened to her with not trusting people, I do not think she's going to budge off her thoughts but seeing someone to help her might help her.

You must have done something while you where together for her not to trust you.
If you really think that she will take you back and you can take her not trusting you then go for it. it's hard trust me been there done that!
Um trust is something that is given to you and you yourself destroy all you have left to do is work hard at making the relationship work and rebuild that trust. Don't ever give her a reason to doubt you or it will set you back.

If i were u i dkeep goin at it. Hang with her alone and tell her some of ur secrets. Try not to keep important stuff from her.
