Starts singing I want to F*** you, and also lets you find his heart beat so you can hear it and lol when you can't find it he says suggestively " You can find it somewhere else, i don't care". Also factor in that this guy is your ex-boyfriend. You want him back, but he has recently told you that hes interested in another girl so he doesn't want to date you.

Basically, what he is doing is trying to re-open a door that was once open to him. He doesn't want your heart, just your body. Basically, as sad as this sounds, to him, you are an easy F[_] ( K... by this, I mean that since he has done it with you before, there is no ice to break and he thinks that by being flirty and all, he can get that again without the strings attached. He is not considering your feelings here at all, he's only thinking about what he has in his pants...
Jessie, I'm telling you, I know people like this and it's disgusting! I know how much their ex's want them back so they take this as an opportunity to get laid a couple of times and when their ex starts complaining, they just say that they are not ready to jump back into it and leave. He told you; he wants to date other girls, not you. As shitty as that sounds, I beg you not to lower yourself to satisfying he needs just because you still have feelings for him and hope to win him back... It never works with people like this!
If you really need the sex, go for it, but just know that in the end, you will be hurting and he is just using you. I know you can do way better so don't settle for that.

The real question is why are you making yourself so available to this guy? Are you looking to become his new sperm receptacle? It's your body and you can do whatever you want with it, but I think you're sending "men in general" the wrong impression of what women want from guys.

Yes I'd consider that flirting. However if he's told you he's interested in some other girl, I'd take it as being meaningless. And if it's not, that's his problem.
