email me, i'll help you through it step-by-step, its not as bad as it seems, i went thru not having any confidence all me life, then i decided it was time to do soemthing about it, now my aims are too share that experience and help others who were like me

Consider starting a journal. Write down 3 statements each day that are true about you, that are wholly positive, and that are about things that you are, or things that you can do. Such as - I can read. I am a helpful person. I can change the oil in a car's engine. (These are true - about me.) Try to write down 3 new things each day - but if you can't think of anything new, re-read your prior pages and write ones you have already written. It works to help you understand the good things about yourself, and seeing them in black (or blue, or whatever color pleases you) and white does help up your confidence in yourself.

Don't be too paranoid. Because I also got to that
situation in my past.
But got over it when I fought some bullies from
our school and became natural with others in interactiing with them. So all I can say be natural to gain many friends.

You look in the mirror and say I like the person that I see- and not give a **** about what others may think, you are living for yourself not others, it's your life and you are in control of making yourself happy.

well, it depends on your situation, but spend time doing things you love. give yourself extra timeint he morning to get ready. make yourself look beautiful and you will feel like nothing can stop you. pamper yourself and give yourself lots of time to relax and practice hobbies or sports you enjoy. good luck.
