Smile, don't say anything and walk away. The fact you aren't saying anything should drive them crazy - nice bonus, eh?

Be honest and say I would like to be left alone at the moment. Set your boundary and make your wshes known in a kind way without being mean or disrespectful to the other person.

depends on who you're telling and why.
If they're a chatterbox and you just need to be left alone for a bit: "hey, I need a few minutes to finish up here, can we talk a bit later?"

if they're being offensive, or pesky or judgemental: "I appreciate the perspective, but I really don't want to talk about this anymore"

Someone you're close to? Parent? Sibling? Spouse? Friend?: "I love you to pieces, but, cram it, ok?"

While looking them in the eye, gently and slowly say:

Please _______, don't do this to me. Don't say anything to me at all. Just leave me alone and I won't bother you either.

This gets their attention and makes your point better than any yelling or profanity would....why? Becasue they are listening to you completely and not preparing a response. If they are listening carefully, they will feel your tension and understand your serious tone.

Use what is referred to as a "back handed compliment" - something that sounds like a compliment, but "upon further review" has a second, not so sweet, meaning. Try looking up the book "Verbal Judo", also.

Thank them for their feedback/suggestion, turn and walk away.
Tell them you will get back to them after considering all the options, turn and walk away.
Say, "Sounds like there is a problem. Good luck with solving it," turn and walk away.

there is no such thing. Just put it plain and simple.
If they had any sense at all they would have known they were irritating you and would have quit so just say it.

Say, with a vacant look on your face,"How fascinating" and walk away.
