Do some pushups. It sounds simple, but properly done, they hit a lot of the major muscles in the upper body and arms. If you tighten your abs while you do them, you also get a good workout there. By tighten abs i mean pretend there's a string pulling your belly button into your spine.

if you go to a gym just ask one of the instructors otherwise if you have weights bench press and butterflies or push ups with your hands close then shoulder width then spread elbow width and you can invert when you are good at them

Without weights pushups are very good , with weights , bench press is a great exercise .
