Talk about weasel words...
If you mean - Is it possible from something to exist without it being created by a divine power then my answer is yes. Things are created through natural processes all the time.
If you mean Is it possible for all the matter in the universe to be created by a process other than by a god then the answer is unknown but almost certainly yes as gods do not exist. But then it's likely that matter and the universe are eternal.

Impossible to answer as YES or NO until you define "created".
Do you mean "created by an intelligent being" or "created spontaneously according to the laws of physics, chemistry and/or biology"?
The Universe was "created" according the laws of physics without any need for a supreme being. Life evolved from inorganic chemicals according to the laws of chemistry and biology again without any need of external intervention.
