Can they not help people without changing their religion?

Their sole purpose is to convert by offering financial incentives to the poverty stricken. They do not care about helping poor people. I mean, look at how many poor Christians there are in places like Brazil and Nigeria and Peru etc. Why the hell don't they take their rubbish there, if they are so hell bent on "helping" people. Basically, Christianity is in decline in the west. Christians are afraid that they will soon be replaced by Islam. They want to keep Christianity alive by brainwashing poverty stricken illiterate Hindus in India and other parts of Asia. Because they have such a significant source of capital and are also aided by the western governments, they can offer poor Hindus much better financial incentives (such as free education and free health care) than Hindus are able to offer.

That is not absolutely true. The vast majority of missionary work done around the world first helps the people, with food, clothing, medical needs, education and so on.
In addition the missionary does give the gospel.

There have been instances in the past (and it is possible even now) that conversion took place first or at least some religious teaching. But much of the missionary work is to provide comfort, care and love to those in need.

In truth, a lot of missionary work takes place where the missionary cannot "proselytize" and can only engage in discussing Jesus if the person first asks... and it must be discussed very carefully. But the work of care and comfort still go on.
India is no different than Kazakstan, or the upper Nile in Sudan, or even here first.

Some denominations do. But they will nonetheless continue to try to convert them. Most, in a show of compassion, will not link such help as food and medical services to conversion.

You need to understand that the duty to try to convert everyone is built into their religion, and especially into their job as a missionary. Just nod politely and ignore the propaganda. If necessary, say "I'll consider what you have said."

Missionaries are insane people who believe that Christianity is the only religion. They not only convert poor and needy but also brain-wash others inorder to convert them into christians. They are liers and abuse other religions. When I was in elementary school they converted the principal by giving her 2 lacs and made her believe that satan will attack only non-christians.

Christian missionaries and NGOs give financial aid to newly converted or poor christians. FOR EXAMPLE, let us take they give 50,000 rupess for each converted/ needy family. These Pators in India get the 50,000 rupees from the NGOs after showing the records of conversion and instead of giving the full amount to the converted ones they give 20,000 and loot the remaining 30,000. So the pastors become rich. More they convert more the become rich

it's a good question..But in this circumstance it's hard to fault the Christians, at least they are over there doing good. And in their heads they also think they are doing good by converting them. At least someoen gives a damn. Not to say there aren't some secular people who care.

They do not teach anything. They tell about the truth. Every religion, every person in the world is searching for the redemption of their sins, want to reach the one and only true god. Christian missionaries tell about jesus christ's sacrifice for the redemption of sins and the way to reach holy god

I believe they could. Sometimes in the US Christians help people become Christians, then let them alone. I believe all Christians should be kind to all, and help those in need.

that's the name of the game, capture their hearts, before their mind, they tend to be blinded when they love someone. Blinded, or just refuse to see the truth?
They do that too in Indonesia, and elsewhere. Many now prefer to fill their empty stomach before their spirit, unfortunate for them. All are temporary and will lead them astray!
Additionally, increase the flocks of sheeps, tame them, milk them, wool them, and finally, meat them.
