Join the club. I think it's the body's way of protecting itself, that is, letting us know that we may have done too much or "watch out for injury."
I have grown use to it. Matter of fact, if I am not aching and sore, I wonder if I am working out hard enough to make a difference.

Arthritis, Fibromyglia, I think if its truly bad I'd find out. Its better to find out early. It could be many things.
