Hi there all. I posted recently regarding my dog with brown urine... We have been treating him with some medication and the urine is back to normal. however, he now has a cough and a thick nasal discharge. this is within the same week of brown urine (of which tests show it is not blood). do these symptoms add up to anything? many thanks to all who replied last time as well...

Most likely he contracted Kennel cough while at the vet. Happens all the time. Make sure none of the discharge turns green or yellow and you should be fine.

probable kennel cough. Has she ever had the bordetella vaccine? What approximately different vaccines alongside with Parvo? i could incredibly look into that. yet first she desires a sparkling vet. 103 isn't "wonderful." She could have a secondary an infection using inflammation from allergic reactions. yet she probable desires antibiotics.

What does your vet say?? You are asking for a diagnosis over the internet and that is impossible. You need to talk seriously with your vet and get a definitive diagnosis. It could be Parvo, upper respiratory infection, or any number of things.

it sounds like your dog has kennel cough its easy to be treated i would take your dog to the vet just to get it checked to see if it is. if it is kennel cough they will just give you a course of treatment for it it could not be that it sounds like it is because of the nasal discharge. hope your dog is better soon

I would be back at the vets this morning. It could be one of several things. Your vet can tell you for sure and treat if needed.
