It all depends. Weight of the individual, age, previous health conditions, present health conditions, and of course doctors recommendations. Generally speaking, everyone should get in approx. 30 minutes of walking or comparable exercise daily, enough to increase heart rate appropriately.
Need much more info. for proper answer.
