It's true. Your prescription is based on the shape of your eyes....nearsighted people have an eye that's "too long," farsighted people have eyes that are "too short." Once your body is done growing, your eyes stop growing, therefore stabilizing your prescription.

Of course there are rare exceptions, but for the most part this is true.

It sometimes will. Mine did. My eyesight used to change almost every year when I was a kid and teenager. Then I went 10 years without having a change. At last years eye exam, it had changed a lot. This year....no change. So it varies.

carrots are good for eyes, eat more.
