I would not suggest you meet a guy online unless you're really interested in him..online dating does not usually work out but can. Its nicer when you find love naturally...when a guy walks up to you and introduces himself...its a nice thing when you feel the attraction naturally...but Good luck!
p.s. make sure you know him first before meeting him. Ask a lot of questions..

With caution, yes. It's easier to pretend to be your idealized self from behind a computer monitor. Time will show if the person you met on line is the same one actually standing in front of you. There are some success stories of people meeting and falling in love, based on a romance started on line.

You do not fall in love online. You have a picture in your mind and you have fallen in love with that.
Otherwise known as lust.
This person could be a molester or axe murderer. Its your choice, but I would not advise meeting them in a private place of any kind.

I have a cousin who met a guy online, married him 3 days after he came to this continent. They are both about 400 lbs.
Now they have a "big" family.
It's possible, but i don't know about advisable

You cannot date nor fall in love online. You need actual interaction for both those things to happen.

I don't think you can call online dating love. I have heard about people getting married to people they met online, but most people I know did not have good experiences.

You are now dating so what's bad in there? Even if you only have met online, you still went to a deeper step of getting-to-know through dates.

I met my husband online. When we finally decided to meet and have that first date, it was love at first sight. He is my best friend and I can't imagine life without him.

It is right to date but take some time to learn someone before you cross the bridge of love.
