Got to be roast lamb with mint sauce!

Beef, Pork or Lamb. All good for different reasons. Beef, dark on the outside, pink in the middle, lashings of rich gravy and horse radish sauce. Lamb with mint (a good way to do this is to glaze the lamb with honey and roast it in cider, mmm). Pork roast with whole Bramley apples and loads of crispy crackling. Damn it, I'm so hungry now. One thing I will say though is I'm so bored of chicken.

All of them, with lots of veg, roast potatoes, and plenty of yorkshire pudding with gravy, but if I really had to choose then it would be lamb or beef. Pork is great with crackling really crispy..all this talk of food, I could eat a roast right now and it's nearly 10pm, haha.

I prefer a slow cooked lamb shank in a mint gravy

Pork nowadays has lost it's taste due to pigs not allowed to eat the swill.
