WTH?? What are you talking about and why did you post this in the Military section. Why don't you go to the relationships section or computer area. Just because we are in the military does not mean we can control the actions of your husband who never served a single day in the military based on the job listed for him by you. How about get a new bank and a new everything else that you have passwords on. Do you really need to ask for help with this stuff, use your head or did he control that too??

Move and buy an new computer, register it under someone else's name ( a friend, etc ). If he could monitor there, he can probably use a program to monitor from where he is now,
and if he's that well trained, he will be able to do whatever as long as he knows your ip address. Don't ever email him or anyone else he knows from the new computer. All he needs is your ip address to regain the access ( Illegally, but still )
Get new bank accounts, put a note on your credit bureau that he's not allowed to access your credit.
You need to be on the defensive. These guys are dangerous.

I don't know if your talking about home security or what, but the best way to change any code (as long as it's not an account of some sort NOT under your name) is to call the agency who made said item and ask them the way to reset the codes. IF its an account of some sort your pretty much SOL bud. That's gonna take court orders, restraining orders, and all the such. hope everything works out for you.

If you email me with the name of the program, I can help you. Otherwise, if you are familiar with the Windows Registry, YOU can change it, but don't mess there unless you know what you're doing 'cuz you could really mess up your computer. :)
