what does it mean in a relationship if one is insecure?

can't catch what's in his mind, can't make sure is he really love me or flirt, am i really good enough for him, could he possibly have found someone better and hotter than me, can he really be faithful to me, who else on his mind besides me, who else the girls he talk to and what they talk, is he really want me.
those are what's the common on a girl 's mind usually make her insecure to her guy.

It means you're self-concious or not sure of yourself so you don't act -- you shy away. Sometimes people who are insecure act out by building their self esteem in other ways. Example: if a guy is insecure about the size of his "down there", he might lift weights or buy a cool car to compensate.
