they pollute the atmopsphere more than all the cars in the uk so why should i who is already taxed very hard be made to pay a tax when i dont even own a cow ?

But they do pay - in milk :-) And that is like tax to them - they have to pay it whether they like it or not.

Because cows don't have money!? I'm sure they would if they could... Do you eat cows? If you eat cows and drink milk then you need them really and although you don't own one, you go out and buy dead ones!

To answer your question why stop there , why not get everthing to pay tax , I think trees / tables / cats / dogs and don't forget the washing machine that works hard

i think cat owners should be made to pay a tax for all the wildlife their pets kill. i dont own a cat and why should they come in my garden and poop. tax them. my neighbours have 6 and they all use my garden as a loo. tax cats...keep the birds safe....
