Actually he is not technically related to you.
In some cultures he would be considered your kinsman, but that is just a blanket term for relative.
He really is just your Uncle's wife's brother.

Just as if you have a sibling who marries, their spouse's siblings are no real relation to you.

She technically could be seen your aunt. If that would not experience precise, only call her via her first call or ask her if she has a decision. Its no longer a great deal. No probs.

well it depends how old you are if you still a kid then uncle but if you are older call him by his name!!!

I call him Beto. Everyone else knows him as Alberto.
