No, it's not.
The only time is can be okay is if everyone involved DOES know. That way nobody gets a big hurtful surprise. Hard to find anyone that will agree to something like this though.

Heck yes, and its common to do so.
remember dating isnt MARRIAGE,
ITS DATING.
So don't be surprised if both sides are dating numerous
amounts of people. If they aren't then there must be
a singles discord of thought.
if one is loyal and the other is dating,
then there is a confusion of what is going on.
Dating others means DATING OTHERS.
IF someone is single, they are REQUIRED
to date other people and lots of other people.
They only settle down, when they CHOOSE to settle down.
otherwise they wont. And don't try to make them change,
because you'll only upset yourself.
