I am continuously waking up at about 3 O'clock in the morning and because of it I am extremely tired in the morning. If anyone has experienced this or anyone can help that would be great.

By the way I am only a teenager if that's important.

What time do you generally sleep? If you began sleeping at 8 PM, then maybe your body thinks it has enough sleep. If you slept at 12 midnight , then this is too little sleep.
Try to avoid drinking anything with caffeine after 2 PM (after lunch) Some people get so wired up with caffeine that they cannot sleep well.
I think that caffeine is the first problem. Next is stress, external noise, travelling and adjustment to time changes, and lastly-- hormone levels.

before you sleep,try to drink milk.and don't think so much,maybe you are thinking of something before you sleep so until your sleep time you feel like tired and wake up like that our.me to experience the same thing specially if i have problem.my advise,listen to the music while you sleeping that makes you feel more relax.

It could be insomnia. I had this and had to get an Rx(prescribtion) from my doctor. It really helped. Talk to your doctor. Sweet dreams (:

are u having a crush on someone? i also have trobule sleeping, my case is insomnia, u r not alone!
