she was learning dance, and often,in the night, she can't dance well or don't want to dance, then her mother would beat her,so the little girl cryed.

She is just the girl-very happy daytime,a little sad night.

But when asked who was better, mom or dad,she would say at once,"mom is better!"
Though her dad nearly never beat her,and treat her well.

There is one thing that is not being considered. If the child is not receiving any attention at all, even negative attention such as beating tells the little girl that she has value in someone's eyes.
It is a sad thing that being hurt is being equaled to love because this little girl will think that this is acceptable behavior when she grows up and will find men who will do the same thing to her and she will believe that it is love.
This will lead to her being killed at an early age if no one steps in and teaches her what it is to be truly loved.
There needs to be intervention by talking with the parent. She will feel attacked if it is done wrong, therefore, walk very carefully when doing this. You may need to bring in an authority to do this. It is better if the mother receives counseling so that she can love the child as the child needs.

For this little girl the deciding factor is probably the few nice things that Mom does. Dad is probably never nice to her, or to Mom. So the little girl in a bad situation gravitates to the parent that is nice at least some times.

why didn't she want to dance... confuse here... i'm guessing she's not you so how would you know if the father really treat her better than the mother... maybe she hide the real truth... or she was scared that her mum would beat her more if words got out that she thinks the father was better than the father
