I'm very hungry right now, it's 2:20am. The last time I ate was at 9:00pm. It was rice and two chicken strips and drank lots of water.

I have no fruit or vegetables, we haven't gone grocery shopping. But we do have so fire cracker ice cream that only has 35 calories. Yes, I'm on a diet. I started this diet last Monday, the 18th. My goal is to lose atleast 26 pounds since I weight 195 and I'm a guy. I exercise everyday from 3:30pm to 5:00pm.

If you are on a diet to lose weight then you shouldn't be eating at 2:20am. You have to have a cut off point where you don't eat anything past a certain time. You need sleep. Drink some water and go to sleep.

A common misconception is that if you eat right before bed, you'll store it away as fat. Clinical studies have proven that the time of day you eat does not effect overall calorie burn, so you can pretty much put that idea to rest (haha.)

Eat a small meal... Don't go overboard. Just enough to take the edge off. Get some sleep.

Don't you know... When you're on a diet, between 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM (also known as the witching hour), you can eat anything you want and it won't hurt your diet. The down fall is it won't help your diet either.

I would most definetly wait till tomorrow morning because I feel gross and disgusted when I eat at night.
Fine, I'll admit it.
I feel good eating at night while I eating at the moment; however, when I'm done eating and when I wake up the next morning and find my pants extra tight. I feel disgusted and remorseful and full of regret.
Anyway, just wait till tomorrow morning you will survive!
