Ask yourself why do you want to be popular and why you are not. Do your best to change the characteristics that inhibit your relationships with others. You need to know why you pursue popularity, which may stem from deeper psychological reasons within yourself. Emptiness? Ego? What are the costs you are willing to pay for being popular? There are costs of popularity. Time, energy, effort, backstabbing, criticisms (you can't be popular with many people w/o inviting jealousy).
A good way to make yourself feel more cherished is to be more positive, be sincere in your dealings with people and show that you desire to _know_ them. You may want to use visualization/clairvoyant technique every morning for 10 minutes of imagining the beautiful aura of love surrounding you and reducing the negativity in you, while permeating into your environment . It doesn't make you popular overnight but it will help in your relationships with people who interact with you. You help yourself too that way.

only well, you can't do a spell for this. to make a spell that would make other people be drawn to you, is in fact, manipulating others.
you could however, try a spell to change yourself and yourself alone, to try and make yourself more outgoing and more open to friendship, to better your life, not make others follow you.
and as for the spell, write it yourself. i always suggest this. make it personal. make it mean something to you. sure you can take other people's words, but how much is that really going to mean to you?

Don't rely on spells as they can backfire. Read, "How to win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnegie. It works better than any spell and you can benefit from it for the rest of your life.
