There is this guy. We have known each other for a long time now. He asked me out and I asked him if he has a girlfriend and he told that he does not have a girlfriend but only a girl for sex. What does this mean???

That means he's got a booty call. He's looking for something more serious, but in the mean time he'll bang this other girl.
Quite likely this guy is a complete dog, or hopelessly insecure. Or both. The only saving grace here it that he's honest about it. It's up to you if you want to go out with a guy that is comfortable with casual, uncommitted sex.

They are F buddies and it is common for two people to have a relationship that fills each others needs if nothing else.

it means he has a friends with benefits/f*ck buddy. I had one too. and i imagine he had the same conversation with his girlfriend when she asked him if he was taken. LOL
