There are two scenarios here
1.Ali could not get close enough to hit him, when he got close he would get two or three kicks to the head.
2.Kicks hurt a lot more than punches. It would take 10-20 punches to equal 1 kick.
----So I would say Norris in a overwhelming win.

Mowgieboy is making being wrong a downright habit. Norris was middleweight champion for 6 straight years before retiring to open studios and get into movies. But Norris is only about 5'8" tall. If he couldn't use his feet, he would lose in two to three rounds. Even with the size and unreal reach advantage, Ali would have a very difficult time getting a damaging punch through Norris' unbelievable defense, but just weight of blows on the smaller man's arms and elbows would wear him down after a few and then Ali would KO Norris. If Norris were allowed to use his feet, he would take out Ali's knee about five seconds into the fight and it would be over.

Chuck Norris wins by 1st round KILLING. He kicks Ali's head and it completely vanishes. The remnants of his head cannot even be found because they are kicked so far! Chuck Norris is SO fast that he can run around the world and punch himself in the back of the head!!! What do you think that means he would do to Ali? He would let Ali know that his rope a dope is cute, and then he would obliterate him with a round house kick from hell!!!

i like the idea of this fight as i think it could go either way chuck was a great fighter and sparred with bruce lee but i don't see his punches are going to have an affect when you compare his power to frazier and foreman and by the time he has got his leg up in the air to ali's head muhammed would of thrown a dozen jabs and knocked him off balance.
chuck can only win by using a take down which i cant see him being quick or stupid enough to risk going for as ali would of already moved out the way. the only option chuck can really take is to use low kicks from far range and hope ali doesn't catch him off balance.
my prediction is ali wins 2 out of 3 times

Chick Norris! With a 65-5 record and having avenged all of his losses just like Ali, Norris would be a good rival and the ultimate winner.

Chuck norris will just call Trivett from Walker Texas Ranger to steal the champs gloves so that it could be a fair fight. After that Chuck would flash his ranger badge and do his traditional roundhouse kick. In there prime, they were both great fighters. It could be a draw.

Chuck Norris sucks! He is a fraud, and he cannot and never could fight. He's a dumb actor. What is this anyway? A street fight or a boxing match? Either way Ali wins, but in a boxing match he straight dominates and embrasses Fraud Norris. I could beat Chuck Norris.

Chuck Norris hands down. Although, I think Chuck was too young for when Muhammad Ali was in his prime......
