if you really like a girl and you arent shy or say your not. and you wont to kiss her or ask her out waht do you do?

Maybe he's more shy than he'll admit. Talking to a girl you like is the easy part. Actually asking her out, or going for that first kiss, sets you up for a painful rejection. And not everyone is willing to admit they're afraid of that.
So, don't wait around for him. Grab him and kiss him already and get it over with.

I engage her in casual conversation and make her feel comfortable and relaxed. If there is a connection normally a couple would feel it and know it after a short while. I am very open and expressive. I am engaged to be married and have been for a week now. When one is in love it is very apparent. To kiss, sometimes it is best not to say it verbally, but with your eyes and with your body movements. Usually the partner will react accordingly and kissing leads to deeper communication and vice versa. Asking someone out on a date is easy. I am normally relaxed, friendly, and have confidence, and I am not arrogant or afraid to tell her how much I care and love her once the relationship reaches that stage. Good luck.

Well, I am shy, but when I see a girl I really want to date, I get over myself and go for it. This past year, I "dated" about 5 or six different girls at different times, even if it was only one date. I learned the best way to approach you girls is to just go for it without thinking or obsessing about what I'm going to say and how I'm going to act. Never kissed a girl though, not on the lips. I figure when I want to do that, I'll go for it in the same way. I have kissed this girl on the cheek once, and it was pretty natural, even though I almost missed and got her in the ear, lol.
