Hello im havn trouble switchen my ps3 to a different tv. My old 1 was a 73 inch and its bulb ran out. So i have 2 switch it. but it wont for some reason. i think it is bcause i used a HDMI cable and thats wat the ps3 is looking 4 and it aint there. wat i was wondering wat some1 would do is turn on their ps3 and tell me how to switch from HDMI 2 normal cable. I cant c any picture so u need 2 tell me take 4 lefts go down 7 times or somethin like dat if some1 could do dat i would love them. PLZ HELP ME

try this, turn on the ps3 and w8 till its started up, then press the power button and hold it till u hear 2 beeps which sets everything to default settings.

Hey, i don't actually own a ps3 (yet), but it may be like a xbox 360, you know, where to swith from normal format to hd format, there maybe be a switch on the chunk of the cable more towards the console, check there, if not, visit one of the playstation support website or call them.

yea you should cinfigure it again to use whatever cable you are using this time. The options should be somwhere under settings

Try taking it to a friends then sell it to them and get a 360.
