I keep having dreams about Tornados and I always run for cover right before they strike, but nobody else seems to run for cover, they just stay where they are or ignore the twister coming toward the house. Does this mean I am extra cautious and feel that others around me are taking dangerous risks? I have a lot of dreams like these!

The others are aware of the twister, and I always warn them to look for safety, but they would rather either stand and watch or they treat the tornado like it is a normal occurance and just ignore it.

This is what your dream means. The tornadoes you saw in your dream represent tragedies and chaotic events which are coming. God is warning you of the danger to come. The reason other people do not run for cover is because they have pushed God's Word and His warning behind their back. But God is showing you that you will take heed to His warning when these tragedies strike.

I think your analysis of your dreams are almost right on. It sounds like you see a danger or a threat to people that they want to ignore and pretend it doesn't exist, maybe something that affected you on a deep level earlier in life. The reason you see this is because you know how dangerous or painful something has been and want to warn others of the same thing. Sometimes I feel the same way, but it looks like your emotional attachment to this destructive force is a lot deeper if you keep dreaming about it.

I read once that you usually dream about the last thing you thought about or saw before you went to sleep... then your imagination takes over and goes wild with it. Did you watch something on TV about a tornado before sleeping one night. Do you think or worry about dreaming it again? Purposely try to think about something or someone else some night and see if it works for you. I honestly don't know what dreams "mean" ...
