Epistle Of Saint Paul To The Ephesians
Chapter 6

1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is just. 2 Honour thy father and thy mother, which is the first commandment with a promise: 3 That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest be long lived upon earth. 4 And you, fathers, provoke not your children to anger; but bring them up in the discipline and correction of the Lord. 5 Servants, be obedient to them that are your lords according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in the simplicity of your heart, as to Christ:

6 Not serving to the eye, as it were pleasing men, but, as the servants of Christ doing the will of God from the heart, 7 With a good will serving, as to the Lord, and not to men. 8 Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man shall do, the same shall he receive from the Lord, whether he be bond, or free. 9 And you, masters, do the same things to them, forbearing threatenings, knowing that the Lord both of them and you is in heaven; and there is no respect of persons with him.

10 Finally, brethren, be strengthened in the Lord, and in the might of his power.

11 Put you on the armour of God, that you may be able to stand against the deceits of the devil. 12 For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood; but against principalities and power, against the rulers of the world of this darkness, against the spirits of wickedness in the high places. 13 Therefore take unto you the armour of God, that you may be able to resist in the evil day, and to stand in all things perfect. 14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of justice, 15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace:

16 In all things taking the shield of faith, wherewith you may be able to extinguish all the fiery darts of the most wicked one. 17 And take unto you the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit (which is the word of God). 18 By all prayer and supplication praying at all times in the spirit; and in the same watching with all instance and supplication for all the saints: 19 And for me, that speech may be given me, that I may open my mouth with confidence, to make known the mystery of the gospel. 20 For which I am an ambassador in a chain, so that therein I may be bold to speak according as I ought.

john 3:16-17

For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life.

For God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world but that the world through him might be saved.

Romans 5:8
But God commendeth his love towards us in that while we were yet sinners christ died for us.
I also love the whole book of Psalms and Matthew all about the crucifiction and ressuerection the whole Bible because it just puts so much structure and direction in my life and i just cant wait for that blessed day to come when we may join our God and savior in the wonderful place that always shines and is always i the greatest form of perfection i really hope that helped and everything.may God bless,

Yes. If a person had the time available, it has been shown that it takes about 80 hours to read it from beginning to end. But most of us may find 15 to 20 minutes a day more our speed. My favorite is the book of Acts. It is so fast paced. You almost lose your breath reading it. Chronicles - and the lists of names. But if you understand why they are there, it helps to get thru them.

You quoted a good one. I like John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. and
1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

For if you are silent, I might as well give up and die. Listen to my prayer for Mercy as I cry out to you for help, As I lift up my hands toward your Holy sanctuary. Don't drag me away with the wicked - with those who do evil-Psalm 30 1-5 I will praise you Lord ,for you have rescued me. You refused to let my enemies triumph over me. O lord my God I cried out to you and you restored my health. You brought me up from the grave, O Lord. You keep me from falling into the pit of death. Sing to the Lord All You Godly Ones! Always praise His Holy name, His anger last for only a moment, but His favor last a life time, weeping may go on all night but joy comes with the morning, .When you call own Him, But my favorite one is 23 psalm The Lord is my Shepard . Luke 11:33 - No one lights a lamp and puts it in a place where it will be hidden, or under a bowl.
Instead he puts it on its stand, so that those who come in may see the light.

What I get from this is that you should not hide your faith, you should shine and let people know what you are smiling for, why are you always excited. Show it, let them know.

My favorite:

JOhn 1

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

Without Christ was not anything made that was made...... No wonder he came to this place and his profession was what he loved to do: carpenter: Building things!!

"My LORD said to my Lord"....... or rather, the LORD God, said to Christ... until I make your enemies your footstool!

I love that word!!!
