I think they would, but make sure to ask your hair stylist to cut them when your hair is dry to know how the curls look and that it isn't too short. With bangs that length, I would also buy a small straightner for them when the curls don't dry like you want them to. Try a little one--like the 1/4" one from conair---it's at Target for like $15.

longer would be better, if they are too short...they will just pop up and have to be flat ironed. what about a swoop short to long ?
