Ur breath is ur pran energy which u can simply feel against something i.e. against ur hand, However prana assumes different name in the form of mudras i.e.use of fingers in different ways which can be sketched but not written easily in words. Examples are apan mudra, gyan mudra etc.

What form does prana take? You mean where do we get it?
4 sources: eating, sleeping, breathing, meditating.

How do we percieve its form in the body? In the body it can be perceived as tingling, hair standing on end, inner light, blissful feeling, alertness, deep peace, and knowledge of truth.
