most pretty much continue bulking up until the goal weight is reached or body fat levels are starting to get out of control. bulking is nothing more than creating a caloric excess by eating more whole foods. those that have below average levels of body fat usually have success with macros close to 25% protein, 55% carbs and 20% fat. those with higher levels are better off reducing the carbohydrate intake and using macros close to 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fat.

increase the current calories by 10% each week until weight gain occurs and monitor the body fat bi-weekly to make any needed adjustments to the diet.

um.. well.. the bulking phase can be as long as you want. Basically the difference is your lifting alot of weights to tear and rebuild your muscles. Drink alot of water, and take supplements to allow your rebuilt muscle tissues to grow in size.

THe biggest thing for bulking up is simpy eating a ton of calories. Body science is simple. Law of energy= energy cannot be created nor destroyed only transferred between 2 systems.

So take alot of energy in, you body will grow. If you lift properly and take appropriate supplements. You will bulk up a ton as long as you eat a good diet. and a plentiful diet.

PEACE~
