Yes--if having a surgery involving the area, air may become trapped, but once released it doesn't have quite a distinct sound.
So, yes, in very rare and circumstantial...circumstances!

No and here is why:
A quiffe is a sound that generates from a womans vagina doing sexual intercourse. The sound occurs when the amount of lubrication starts to diminish and air gets trapped as the penis enters in and out causing a "farting" sound

Quiff means a promiscuous woman. If you mean can guys be promiscuous the answer is yes...the majority of the male society is very promiscuous and unfortunately it is more readily accepted for a man to be sexually promiscuous than it is for a woman. If a woman is then she is usually referred to as loose or easy. I don't know if this answers your question or not. I just looked "Quiff" up in the dictionary. It wasn't in the dictionary the way you spell it so I am guessing either you spelled it wrong or its a word in another language. Hopefully this answered your question.

guys don't have vagina's and we cant fart from our penis so the answer is no. We only make noise for burping and farting thats pretty much it. And it's spelled "Queef"
