As Christians we are called to witness for Jesus no matter where we are. I'm not there to push him down there throats because most Christians know that doing so will accomplish nothing. However I do talk about my Lord, invite people to church with me and invite them to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Accepting Jesus was the best thing to ever happen to me and I am thrilled to share that with others.

Sure, if they ask me a question. Being a Christian is not something you turn on or off... it is who you are. People know that I am... some have curiosity about it and will ask questions. Some enjoy playing the "devil's advocate". Some just want to express their own point of views and philosophies. It is like it is on here, except that you do not have the anonymity to hide behind, so people are more respectful.

If you work with the same people for very long, there will be an appropriate time to share who you are. A good reason to always be a living example of Christ, because when the opportunity is provided, you will only be a credible witness if you have walked the walk, not just talked the talk. Tough order, with some of the folks we end up working with!

Yes, but usually not if they don't want to listen or don't want to. Many people don't realize that this world we live in will get better and usually enjoy learning that the bible tells that. Plus if a person claims to be a "christian" that means to be "christ-like" and Jesus talked to anyone and everyone he could to tell them about his father...so yes I do talk about god wherever I can to whomever I can...IF situation permits

I do only if the coworker brings up the subject. I have one who regularly asks me religious questions, and I try, as I do here on Y-Answers, to give him straightforward, honest answers... and try not to preach.
There are occasions when I might bring up a subject of faith, but I only say it "in passing" and let it go. Again, I am not preaching or anything, at work, but I try to "witness" to my faith by living a Godly life. Oh I failed SO MISERABLY tonight... it was a BAD night at work, and I must say, if I was witnessing to anything, it was that I am SOOOOOOOOO HUMAN!!!

No. This is not a topic for a business atmosphere and in fact is really rude to do, because there are people there of different religions. It is against policy in most businesses to do that.
AFTER work if you wanted to do that, and you were INVITED by someone to talk to them about God, then fine.
Don't forget that your right to religion ends where the other person begins.

No. It's a professional relationship and beliefs are too personal to share, not to mention contentious. When religious beliefs cause strife, work gets affected. People form cliques, there is favoritism, there are biased decisions... none of it is good for your career and the business.

No, because religion is a sensitive subject to discuss and argue about. Since I respect everybody's religious belief, there is no need to talk to your co-workers about it.
