I am 14 years old, not exactly fat, but I have bad belly jelly that I need to lose in a few months. I have read all over the internet and tryied to find useful ways to add into a daily routine.
Ab crunches- Sure, I know they will work, but I just cant stay motivated, and I forget to do them everyday. What are some fun crunches or ab workouts that will help me want to do them?
Walking- Im trying to walk every morning with my dog, is it worth my time?
Eating 4-6 small meals a day- What meals are good to eat that are small and will help boost my metabalism?
And if you have any more tips on how to get rid of extra fat and tone your body please add on!
No dieting pills or easy ways please.

eat meals with high protein and low fat, this will help you grow and maintain more muscle that will burn fat while you just sit around, get a workout partner for motivation, yes walking with your dog or jogging with them every morning is great if you can keep it up...

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
crunches and other abdominal exercises only build muscle - they do not burn fat so if you want to do them 2-3 times a week is enough.
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Good for you!!! Not many people around get it off the healthy way anymore. A little advice for you is that ab crunches don't get fat off, they just build your ab muscles up underneath the fat. Don't get me wrong!!! Still do them so that when you lose all that weight you will have nice abs. Try and walk at least 2 miles a day. IT IS WORTH IT!!! Good Luck!

to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost 2 1/2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question goodluck !

At your age its all about portion control and exercise
Buy smaller plates. A full small plate will fill you up faster than a half empty large plate. And you're too young to just "walk". That's for old folks like me. Sign up for soccer or hockey.

4 don't eat after 6pm
5 drink allot of water
6 don't expect miracles over night
