A warm cloth or heating pad on your head -- even a warm shower, might help.

This is going to sound nuts, but it usually works... Try CONCENTRATING on the headache. Ask yourself as many questions about it as you can think of... What color is the headache? Where exactly is it? What shape is it? How much water could it hold? Try asking yourself this type of question -- it helps make my STUBBORN headaches go away!

Good luck.

Since you have tried every thing that you no to take now do what you should have done when they first started...Go To The Doctor! Headaches are no jokes. They are not to be played with. They are signs that something is very wrong within the body and if they are not properly treated you could die before your time. It could be a sign of high blood pressure. What ever is the cause you are not taking care of it with your doings so please go to your doctor and get proper help and treatment. If you don't have a doctor please get one.

I get cluster headaches which are one step worse than migraines. If that is what you have, you need to see a doctor. For just a regular bad headache, the only thing that works for me is ibuprofin. For my mom, who has severe headaches every single day she takes Excederin. Sometimes I just need straight aspirin. Try relaxing, lay down and inhale deep through your nose and exhale through your nose. A cool washcloth also helps me. Maybe some tea with honey.

I also suffer with major headaches with visual disturbances. So I feel your pain. I take Fiorcet for my headaces, sometimes it helps and sometimes not. If it's really bad you may need to go to the ER and get a shot, that will usually knock it out for a while anyway.

Good luck to you.
Feel better soon

That depends. It is is eye related you may need some kind of vision correction. If it is above your eyes, under your eyes, around your nose its probably sinuses. Sinus pain and pressure is annoying. If that's the case, Tei Fu oil relieves the pain almost instantly. Just rub it on your forehead and on your cheeks.

What I do is gently rub the temples on the side of my head. A friend of mine taught it to me and it works great for me.
