that sounds like a very interesting concept, but I really don't think that will make a difference in growth time. it does help to drink milk, however. because bones, teeth, and nails are really very similar in their growth & requirements, calcium from milk always helps their growth and their strength.
there are nail polishes and polish removers that are made especially to help add to the strength of your nails.

omfg whrer did u hear tht from? no soaking your nails in milk will not help them
just dont paint your nails for a while & let them rest. I know this because my dad & I both do nails & both my pantents work in a salon
beleive me milk won't help your nails

No but I know a way. Get a bowl and fill it with mustard. Then puts some hot water over it and let it sit for an hour. Then drain the water from the mustard and soak your fingernails in it.
