Sorry i dont have an exact recipe. I dont really have one when i cook, i just kind of wing it. But i usually chop some shrimp and ground pork up fine and mix together. I add 1-2 eggs(depending on how much shrimp and pork you have), some soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, green onions, mushrooms, pepper and mirin(sweet rice wine) and mix together. Be careful, the sesame oil is kinda strong, so dont add too much. I cheat sometimes. I grab a litto bunch and throw it into the microwave to cook it really quick so i can sample it. Then i season appropriately. Fill your wonton wrappers and steam it or boil it in a seafood soup. Sorry i wish my recipe could be more specific with measurements, but i dont ever use them.

Yah, you can make won ton soup. You stuff the won tons with a pork mixture and cook them in a broth. What about pot stickers.

Wonton is the best fried. Or you can make wonton soup with some Asian tofu, beef stock, green onions, pepper. That should do it.
