How important is the relationship to you? If it really bugs you, talk with her about it. Be honest, but be loving as well. ANYTHING else would be an insult and not beneficial to your relationship.

buy her a hair trimming set for a birthday, or holiday, or something, and if she doesn't understand, politely tell her that she has, uh, a lot of nose hair.

You accept her as she is or find someone else. Just know if you marry her and have kids, your kids may inherit the nose.
