I agree with the person statement that it would end this argument. The sad thing is that they don't think that it is going to happen. It will, It could be any moment. Everything is falling into place. Israel is about to get attack by 3 to 5 different countries and that is one of the biggest sign is a long time. I hope that everyone that read this is ready. If not I hope you are ready to live 7 year in the tribulation.
God Bless

I think there is importance with tradition in the church, however, I don't think there is going to be a "rapture" because the Word says that when Christ returns "every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is LORD."
We don't get 2nd chances in life. This goes for purgatory and tha rapture. Take the story of the beggar who was in Abraham's bosom and the rich man who asked that they go back and tell his kin about what had happened to him and Abraham told him that if they didn't believe Moses and the prophets that they would not believe one who returned from the grave.
And that is like today, One returned from the grave and yet we continue in our sin because we just sometimes like being around and in the middle of what we are comfortable with.
The path of least resistance is not always the best path.
And as bad as it may be can you imagine how difficult life is having Christ to help us, what would it be like without any hope?

Rapture has to do with "pulling the veil." Once we know the truth behind everything, all problems are resolved.
People have picked up some mighty unusual ideas about this thing... as if those who belong to certain religions or beliefs will be "chosen" in some "end times."
That's fine if it gives a person hope. We all need hope to carry on. But in reality, rapture comes to those who have gone through significant change and significant personal growth. It is not a matter of what church you belong to.

When the rapture happens, Christians will want to say "told ya,"
and atheists will say, "good riddance."
But yes, the debate will cease.

Oh, yeah, right, so thousands will be lifted "into the air" and not burst from the low air-pressure we NOW KNOW IS UP THERE? You can HAVE your pulmonary edema, thank you very much. It only works in a Medieval universe, where they never suspected air-pressure drops off with altitude, but we now know a lot more about aerospace than we did when the poxy Bible was written.

Actually, the "rapture" is an old typo. What they meant was "rupture."
This was part of the first abstinence program.
