Rib Eyes or New York Strip. They're tender and juicy. The cut should be even and boneless so it will cook evenly.
My family grilled skirts steaks this tuesday but I find it too tough for my liking.

Do you mean barbecue or grill? Or barbecue meat on a grill?
Par boil some sausage or bratwurst then finish them on the grill. Serve with a green salad, potato salad, baked beans, fresh buns, potato chips, condiments, lemonade, and\or beer.

Londin Broil serves alot of people and marinated its delicious. Slice it really thin and yum! Also Chicken thighleg combo (dark meat stay moist and doesnt dry out as fast) shish kabobs, ribs, hamburgers.
